Client Service Representative

Being greeted by Carol for the past seven years, our clients look forward to her welcoming smile and warm greeting. Carol brings friendly familiarity to our reception area. She enhances her natural social skills by regularly attending courses on client service and communication skills. Carol eagerly participates in many medical seminars, constantly learning more about pet health to better serve our clients.

Carol’s five pets must feel very special, since each of them was rescued through Blue Sky from tragic situations and uncertain futures. Now they all bask in the lap of luxury at Carol’s home. Her pets include Mr. Bojangles, her “big boned” chocolate lab, Winston Chester, a newfoundland lab mix who has earned the title “Momma’s Boy,” and four cats – Micha Allen, Katie Rose, Sarah Ann, a.k.a., Sarah Conner (Terminator), and Sarah’s son Samuel George. Do you think Carol has a thing for double names? Away from the office Carol enjoys cooking and the outdoors. She and her two dogs particularly enjoy visiting a friend’s Wisconsin home where, while relaxing on the deck, they often see deer, bear, turkey, fox, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
