Dawn

Lead Veterinary Technician

In her nine years at Blue Sky, Dawn has grown into a superb technician. She is currently enrolled in a home study program, preparing to take her national veterinary technician certification exam. Dawn is skilled in many areas, including her areas of special interest - dentistry and surgical assisting. Dawn has taken advanced studies in pet nutrition, weight management, and dentistry.  Dawn, her husband, and their son share their home with a number of family pets: Reno, a golden lab/irish setter cross, Thumper the bunny, Minnie Mouse the calico kitty who isn’t happy anywhere but at home, and young Midnight who had wandered up to the clinic and picked Dawn as her new Mom!  Dawn enjoys spending time with her family and pets, taking the dogs to the lake for a swim, baseball games, and just plain relaxing around the house.
