Certified Veterinary Technician

After graduating from Purdue University with a BS in Management, Sarah decided to follow her heart and pursue a career in veterinary medicine. She graduated from Argosy University with an AAS degree and passed her licensing exams to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. In 1991 Sarah joined the team at Blue Sky Animal Hospital. Sarah’s attention to detail has made her a great technician as well as an excellent OSHA officer for Blue Sky.

Sarah and her husband spend much of their free time training their energetic yellow lab  “Gator” in the fine art of retrieving.  She also has a playful 1½ year old cat named, "Bart."  She has found  new passion on Multisport training. Sarah is performing serious training for triathlons. She has completed a Half Ironman and hopes to complete a full Ironman in the future.

Originally from Ohio, being married to a now-retired naval officer has given Sarah the opportunity to reside in ten states. Despite how well they have adapted to Minnesota Sarah and her husband hope to retire to their favorite locale–Louisiana.
